Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).

  • During product launches, restocks, sales, or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer due to increased demand.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information (where available).

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.

United Kingdom

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • Express Shipping (if available): 1–2 business days

International

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • Rest of the World: 7–15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly displayed on our website when available.

Customs & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their local customs authorities. Crevano is not responsible for these charges.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

Crevano is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the courier.

If your parcel is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at crevanolondon@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you with the courier's investigation.

Crevano is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier.

Pre-Orders

If you purchase a pre-order item, the estimated shipping date will be displayed on the product page.

Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items may be shipped together once all items are available.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it.
